Dealer Service Representative
General Summary of Responsibilities:
Increase customer equity by performing excellent customer service and order entry duties for VARILITE® postural support systems and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to sales representatives, dealers, therapists, caregivers, end users, and OEM customers. Support company values of innovation, quality, service, accountability and trust.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer service phone calls from durable medical equipment dealers, therapists, caregivers, end users, and sales representatives.
- Promptly process incoming sales orders received via fax, email or website, for assigned accounts.
- Accurately coordinate medical orders for assigned accounts from order entry to shipment and billing. Some OEM order coordination includes international shipment processing.
- Accurately answer questions from dealers, therapists, caregivers, end users, sales representatives and colleagues within same business day.
- Provide dealer quotes within same business day.
- Professionally respond to customer service related inquiries from website within same business day.
Education, Skills and Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years customer service experience required.
- Competent with MS Office and MS Word programs.
- Background in medical industry helpful.
- International experience helpful.
- Accurate alpha/numeric skills and legible penmanship.
- Ability to proof and reconcile inaccuracies.
- Maintain and enhance CDI’s excellent customer service reputation.
