VARILITE back supports meet ANSI WC20/Vol4 and ISO 16840-4 standards for frontal impact testing if the brackets and pin bars that attach the shell to the cane clips are this type.
AND
Your back support is a Tall or Deep configuration.

Your back support can be used in motor vehicles if other safe use warnings and guidelines are observed.
IF your bracket and pin bars are a different type or your back support is a Low, Mid, Regular or Talon™ configuration, your back support has not been dynamically tested and this warning about transport should be observed.
