New Codes for Adjustable
Wheelchair Cushions

As of July 1, 2006, adjustable seat cushions previously coded as K0108 have new K-Code assignments. Orders for VARILITE adjustable seat cushions will be reimbursed with new K-Codes. Code definitions and VARILITE products affected are as follows:

K0734
skin protection wheelchair seat cushion, adjustable, width less than 22 inches, any depth
[Evolution™, Evolution PSV™, Zoid PSV™]

K0735
skin protection wheelchair seat cushion, adjustable, width 22 inches or greater, any depth
[Evolution™, Evolution PSV™]

K0736
skin protection and positioning wheelchair seat cushion, adjustable, width less than 22 inches, any depth
[Meridian™, Meridian Wave™, Evolution Wave™, Evolution PSV Wave™, ProForm NX™]

K0737
