Product Warranty and Repair

 

VARILITE provides a warranty on all new products. Please read the Limited Warranty, Limitations of Remedies and Liability for the U.S. and Canada for more information about the terms of warranty. If a problem arises with your VARILITE product, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 827-4548.

 

For a return under warranty, you must call Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to sending the product in for repair or replacement. Please refer to the following Return and Repair Policy for instructions. All warranty claims will be handled promptly.
